Grapes: Careful selection of Chardonnay grapes only, harvested by hand in the first half of September.

Duration of maturation: Average of 36 months on selected yeasts from own cultures.

Tasting Notes:

Visual examination: Bright straw yellow

Olfactory: Of great intensity with notes of ripe fruit, with hints of bread crust and hazelnut

Taste: Fresh and of great finesse, it makes the sip inviting and satisfying. The finish gives hints of citrus and mineral sensations.
