Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 1 day after receipt of payment excluding holidays and pre-Holidays. Shipments for orders placed before 12.00 noon are processed same day (unless stated otherwise and excluding consignments Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

To view delivery times, go to the site www.brt.it and select your location. Just started shipping, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Shipments Are entrusted to Express Couriers. They are all trackable and insured.

Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Application

The present General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter: GTC) apply for all orders and shipments that take place between the MySpirits S.r.l.s. (hereinafter: the Seller) and its customers through the site www.myspirits.it

2. Procedure order, Conclusion of contract, Limitation amount

Procedure of the order

The Seller offers to its customers a wide range of products. By clicking on the product, the customer is led to the product page where you can view the details of the article. Set the desired quantity, and clicking on the shopping cart, it will place the product in a shopping cart a virtual.

Then clicking on the "your shopping Cart", located in the top right of the screen, the client displays a summary of the selected goods and has the ability to check and change his choice.

To complete the purchase, the customer can proceed. The conclusion of the contract

The display of the product assortment in our e-shop is provided for informational purposes only and does not represent a binding offer for the sale. Only when the customer clicks on the "Buy" button we send you a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract. The customer then receives an automatic confirmation via e-mail of the receipt of the order. This confirmation does not yet represent the acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded only when it sends the goods to the customer, confirming that the execution always via e-mail.

The conclusion of the contract in case of transfer in advance

In the case of the choice of the mode of advance payment, the purchase contract is concluded with the sending by the Seller of the information on the payment. The customer will receive this notice within 24 hours of order. The order receipt confirmation does not represent the information on the payment. If you selected the bank transfer as form of payment, the amount will be paid within and not later than 7 days from the time of the e-mail information by means of a bank transfer to one of the current accounts listed. The payment is considered made at the time of the credit on our current account of the invoice amount, which for the purposes of the expiry of the payment terms is a determinant of the date of transfer. If you do not register the payment within these 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Prices and delivery costs

All prices are inclusive of Italian VAT.

The minimum amount for delivery is EUR 10.00 (delivery costs excluded). By selecting the Courier and the destination of the goods, you will have the updated shipping charges.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be processed within the limit of the stock; if not all of the products should be available, the Seller reserves the right, if it considers it tolerable for the client, to perform at his own expense, a partial delivery. In the event that problems of supply not attributable to it, fails to ship the ordered product, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract. In this case, the Seller will immediately inform the customer by offering a product with similar characteristics. If you don't find a substitute product, or the customer refuses to accept delivery of the proposed article, it will immediately refund all the payments already paid by the customer.

The shipments that take place within the framework of the European Union are exempt from customs charges. Any customs duties, fees or charges incidental for shipment to non-EU countries, with particular reference to Switzerland, are charged to the customer.

If the goods sent were reported damaged during the transport, the customer is obliged to inform immediately the Customer Service. In this way we will have the opportunity to present a claim against the carrier or use the insurance. Failure to give notice by the customer shall not affect your statutory rights of warranty.

5. Reserve of property

The goods remain the property of the Seller until payment is received. Without the consent of the Seller, the customer may not pledge, transfer, warranty, transform, or manipulate the goods before transfer of ownership.

6. Right of withdrawal (D. L. 206/2005)

Clients, as consumers, have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days. "Consumer" means any natural person who, in contracts covered by this directive, is acting for purposes which do not fall within the framework of his trade, business, craft or profession. Apply the following provisions concerning the right of withdrawal and its exclusions. In case of doubt or need of clarification of the right of withdrawal, please contact Customer Service.

Instructions on right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the moment in which You or a third party other than the carrier and You have designated, acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us via mail by writing to the Customer Service of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Online dispute resolution for consumers:

Effects of withdrawal

If She withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that he made on our behalf, including the costs of delivery without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of goods or until the seals demonstration by Her of having sent back the goods, if previous.

The costs of returning goods will be borne by the Customer.
She is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is not provided for the supply of:

any good non-prefabricated, manufactured according to the choice or individual decision of the consumer, made to measure or clearly personalized, - the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and were unsealed after delivery, goods which are, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods.

7. Warranty and liability

Subject to the warranty provisions provided by the law.

8. Payment methods and discount coupons

Mode of payment

Payments can be made through credit cards, prepaid cards, bank transfer, Paypal and cash on delivery. The Seller reserves the right to accept only certain payment methods. We do not accept postal orders or cheques.

Bank transfer in advance

The goods will be automatically sent to you upon receipt of payment in our system that normally takes place within 2-3 working days following the transaction. The copy of the bank transfer will not be accepted for the purposes of processing the order.

Codes and discount vouchers

In the redeem a voucher they should always verify the assumptions, such as, for example, the minimum value of the order, the expiry date of the voucher etc... directions are on the voucher. For each purchase can be used only one discount. The codes, or discount coupons are not tradable, cannot be converted into cash nor be refunded to the rear.

9. Final provisions

The invalidity of any of the provisions contained in these General terms and Conditions of the Contract shall not affect the validity of the contract itself. Governed by the Italian law, with the exception of the law of international sale of goods (Un CISG).
