Hussong Reposado tequila is made from the processing of piña, harvested in the best growing areas. After harvesting, the agaves are cooked both in an autoclave and in a traditional brick oven to soften the core and extract the sugars. Then begins the long fermentation process with natural yeasts and the traditional double distillation in a copper still. After 5 months of aging in white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the liquid is bottled in the traditional ceramic bottle.Alcohol content 40%

The Dona Celia Catrina Tequila line is made from 100% agave. They are bottled in Catrina porcelain figures, in Tequila Town, Jalisco, Mexico. These Catrina (skeleton) figures are typical of Mexico and are associated with "Dia de los muertos" (Day of the Death), Halloween and All Saints Day. The Dona Celia Tequila Reposado 100% de Agave matures for 6 months in first-class oak barrels. Therefore these bottles are not hermetically sealed (like industrial ones), so there is a risk that there may be a small leakage of liquid during transport. Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra premium repository tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is cooked over low heat in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep and rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast before distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in oak barrels selected by hand.
