While most of Johnny Neill's inspiration for his award-winning Gins comes from the intrepid exploits of his overseas ancestor, this Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is inspired by fond memories made slightly closer to home. After the war, the Whitley family, now established in rural England near Daresbury, cultivated their garden with exciting flavors, serving as inspiration for both the table and their experimentation with new Gins. Johnny's latest Gin conjures up childhood memories of visiting his grandparents on their farm by taking a staunch Whitley family in rhubarb and making a warm touch with the addition of fresh ginger.
