A cool breeze blows across the green. Gin Piz19 - London Dry Gin is distilled in a small copper still, where the botanicals - such as juniper, coriander and berries - contained in the macerate, come back in a direct and delicate way. In the suspended basket, the distillate meets grapefruit, which gives it a robust and warm aspect, followed by eucalyptus and mint. At the first sip, a mentholated aroma is perceived, while lemongrass and ginger give a spicy note, which persists for a long time alongside coriander and anise. Gradation 43%

A classic dry gin with notes of juniper, citrus and coriander that becomes more complex on the palate with hints of citrus, juniper, pepper and angelica with a lingering finish. Gradation 43%

Produced in the Coffey column alembic imported from Scotland to Japan in 1963 by the Miyagikyo distillery, the first Nikka Gin is rich in citrus and juniper berries. Clear and transparent to the eye, it evokes intense and fragrant notes of apple juice, lime and orange flowers, with hints of coconut milk and apricot.Alcohol 47%

Gin is characterized not only by its strong minerality but also by the herbaceous and floral aromatic notes given by the botanicals collected in the valley behind the distillery which are infused and then distilled in small discontinuous stills, from which the "alpine" character of our production emerges. KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN is a tribute to Hamburg and northern Germany, it takes its name from the legendary Norwegian sailor Knut, a boy who decided to travel the world starting from Hamburg. An authentic product with an extraordinary taste, with unmistakable characteristics that enhance the originality of the product, over 18 botanicals that the producers do not reveal in full (apples, basil and cucumbers) and which are grown on their own by the creators of the product Kaspar and Martin. A malt with a powerful impact, it opens with a strong umami then cut by acidity and sweetness. Finished in a combination of ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey and ex-Pinot Noir bottles Mortlach is famous for its sweet yet strong flavour, an extremely rare characteristic among Speyside malts. Starting from this contrasting umami note, our Malt Master drew inspiration from the typical flavors of Japan, finishing part of this incredible release in ex-Kanosuke Japanese Whiskey barrels. To balance its sweetness, ex-pinot noir barrels were used to refine the remaining part of the whisky, in a combination of extreme precision. A strong golden smell, which initially introduces sweetness, releasing aromas of melon and pear. On the palate, pungent and savory spices alternate with a sparkling sweetness. The result is a sweet and spicy intensity, as can be the hallmark of a powerful katana. Gradation 58%

Stolichnaya is a traditional vodka, exceptionally soft. Limpid in color with hints of marshmallow, minerals and freshly peeled fruit. On the palate entrance with hints of icing, talc and lemon peel. The finish is clean with light notes of sweet, vanilla sugar, wet straw balanced by a hint of pepper to fade.Alcohol 40%
