Gin which is characterized by the use of botanicals such as: fennel seeds, which give sweetness, hop cones (hops not yet opened) and elderberries. Pleasant notes of berries, natural aromas of juniper and orange. It is fruity and fresh on the palate. The aftertaste is long and accompanied by citrus scents. Gradation 40%

UNIT 43 OAK WOODED GIN is aged using recycled oak staves, from red wine barrels that impart soft caramel hints, with a subtle earthy spice. Robust and full-bodied. Rich and balanced. Gradation 43%

Hendrick's Neptunia Gin is a limited version that captures the magic of the sea in a gin. The creation of the Master Distiller, Ms. Lesley Gracie is as refreshing as her muse, the mighty waves lashing the Atlantic coast of Ayrshire. Infused with an exquisite blend of locally sourced coastal botanicals and with a striking, surprisingly smooth citrus finish. The nose has a resinous note of juniper, followed by intense floral and citrus touches. On the palate it is delicate, herbaceous and spicy, with a slight salinity in the background. It ends in a citrusy finish. Gradation 43.4%

With double the juniper than the classic version, it stands out for its well-balanced spicy notes and citrus notes, all combined with the high alcohol content, a legacy of the Navy Strength style of the British Navy. Gradation 57.2%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Inspired by Spanish citrus orchards, this artisan gin is infused with Iberian pink grapefruit. On the palate it has a delicate sweetness with citrus notes that give way to a balanced burst of grapefruit.Alcohol 43%

Togouchi Sake Cask Finish is a blend produced by Sakurao Brewery & Distillery, formerly Chugoku Jozo, famous for its traditional sake. The imported Bourbon barrels are taken to the old railway tunnel to be aged there. Subsequently Chef Blender selects and blends the precious whiskey to refine it for 3 months in sake barrels before bottling it. Expressing a delicate nose with notes of vanilla, green apple and malt, Togouchi Sake Cask Finish offers its complexity on the palate with the appearance of lactic, woody and fruity (white fruit) aromas. In a long finish, it will leave some hints of white fruit, spice and malt. Gradation 40%
