Tasting Notes:
Bouquet: delicate hints of brown sugar, honey, coffee bean; later the smells that follow further aeration meet baked spices: vanilla and cloves.
Taste: the entrance is biscuit, but it is sweet and sour and light-bodied. Midpalate features round and soft flavors of dark chocolate, root beer, egg cream. Fast, refined finishes. Serious white rum at its grassy and grassy best.
