RUM / RON Plantation Pineapple is a tribute to the famous Reverend Stiggins and his favorite drink, the "pineapple rum", which he used to drink in Charles Dickens' novel Pickwick Papers. This delicious rum was created by Alexandre Gabriel in collaboration with mixing historian David Wondrich, author of the book Imbibe !. Initially it was not intended for sale, but the victim of his own success at Tales of the Cocktail 2014, Alexandre Gabriel was forced to market this incredible and wonderful pineapple rum. RUM / RON Plantation Gran Anejo is a blend of rums from Guatemala (3 years of aging in ex-bourbon barrels) and from Belize (4 to 6 years aging in ex-bourbon barrels), neighboring nations of Central America, The blend it is subsequently aged in France for about 1 year in ex Cognac barriques. A well structured Rum, with persistent aromas of tobacco, licorice and wood. Gradation 42%

RUM / RON From pristine lagoons to lush jungles, Plantation Isle of Fiji is an ode to Fiji's beauty. This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. Aged for the first time in this tropical climate in bourbon barrels, the rum is then transported to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak barrels. This double aging method coupled with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruit and raisins. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON Plantation Panama 2008 is a molasses rum from the Alcoholes Del Istmo distillery. The rums that make up this blend come from a selection of 19 barrels. The fermentation of 2-3 days was preceded by a distillation in the column, followed by 12 years of refinement in a tropical climate, in bourbon barrels. The rum was then further matured in France, in barrels that had contained Ferrand cognac. No dosage has been done on this 13-year-old rum, which means it has no added sugars. Gradation 45.7%
