Inspired by Johnny Neill's travels to the Americas, our pineapple gin is distilled with an emphasis on the spicy sweetness of Costa Rican pineapple, which delivers a wonderful fresh tropical fruit flavor.
Botanicals: Juniper, coriander seeds, Cassia bark, Iris root, Angelica root, Sweet orange and Pineapple.
