Brewdog Distilling Co. is a new and exciting project born from the now world famous Ellon Brewdog Brewery in Aberdeen, Scotland.

FROM WHEAT TO DISTILLATE

Quality first of all. For this reason Brewdog has decided to follow the entire production process of its spirits. Their experience in brewing has made them experts in fermentation. From here the work of the distillery starts, which is one of the very few in the world that also produces its own base alcohol. Malted barley and wheat are fermented and distilled for the first time in the “triple bubble” pot still, the first in the world with maximum contact between liquid and copper. The result of the first distillation is then redistilled in a 19 meter high rectification column to produce the base spirit which is then bottled after being diluted as vodka. The Gins are then founded on this basis. Botanicals are added to the mother alcohol and are subsequently redistilled in pot stills. The character of the spirits is decisive, unconventional and of absolute quality. Brewdog Distilling Co. is undoubtedly one of the most interesting distilleries that have sprung up in recent years.
