The "Distiller’s Reserve" is a Single Malt Whiskey that originates from the careful distillation of barley malt made by the Yamazaki distillery. The production process, from fermentation to distillation, is followed with the utmost attention, combining ancient traditions with the most modern technologies. At the end of the distillation the Whiskey is left to rest in barrels that previously contained Bourbon and Sherry.Alcohol 43%

Mixed with three different types of cereal whiskey and distilled through two, three and four column stills, then aged in a combination of Spanish and American white oak barrels. A bright golden color that offers aromas of Catalan cream, cardamom, acacia honey and flowery rose. The taste is soft and delicate with a hint of mint and deep honey, while the finish is clear with spicy oak notes.Alcohol 43%
