Gin Mare is a gin and mediterranean flavoured with four botanical main: basil from Italy, thyme from Greece, rosemary from Turkey, citrus fruits from Spain and this type of olive called the "Arbequina" cultivar, typical of Catalonia.Next to the classic juniper, coriander, cardamom, these scents create a gin from the typical scents and memories of the mediterranean coast.

Description

Distilled in Spain from the family Around, Gin Mare is born from the passion of Marc and Manuel, the third generation, and their collaboration with Global Premium Brands.
Gin Mare is produced by the process of distillation with a pot Still Fiorentino 250 litres, created specifically for this work.
For the maceration of each of the eight botanical components are added individually at 200 litres of spirit neutral grain and water for 24-48 hours and other citrus fruits, macerated for a year, to undergo the process of distillation.
The distillates obtained, they are blended by the Master Distiller to create the tasting notes are typical of this gin.
Appearance: Transparent, crystalline.
Aroma: the Nose, spicy with herbaceous notes reminiscent of a humid pine forest and the plant of the tomato. A subtle fragrance of rosemary, black olives and citrus fruits.
Taste: Boldly flavorful, the taste of this gin is exploding in juniper and fresh coriander, and then become bitter with hints of spice and herbaceous typical of rosemary and basil, which are well-balanced with fresh notes of citrus fruits. Final with notes of green olives, cardamom, and basil.
