Distilled five times in small batches under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, the GOA Gin is made with grain English of the best quality, redistilled with eight botanicals organic quality, from all over the world. The distillation process begins in a couple of small stills craft built exclusively in stainless steel, combining the alcoholic component, neutral, obtained from the grain, with herbal ingredients in a unique process that guarantees softness and a taste of luxury. To the traditional juniper, coriander and angelica root are added quills of cassia, cardamom seeds, caraway seeds, cumin, romano, and nutmeg. With its generous alcohol content to 47%, the GOA Premium London Dry Gin is delicate on the nose with strong spicy notes. The palate is soft and delicate, despite the high alcohol content.
