The profiles of the wines used in the assembly were meticulously selected for the specific contribution provided by each of them:
FOR MOST PINOT NERO: 40-50%, vinous and angular, for its intensely fruity taste and its structure, which complements the dosage.
PINOT MEUNIER: 30-40%, full and fleshy, for a rich and melting sensation mid-palate
CHARDONNAY: 10-20% for a refreshing aftertaste.
20% -30% of reserve wines specially selected to enhance the blend complete the intensity, richness and consistency of this champagne.
