Made from 100% Weber blue agave and hand-harvested at peak ripeness, 1800 Blanco is a special selection of white tequilas blended to add complexity and character. This tequila is incredibly smooth, with a high alcoholic degree and with a strong flavor of the agave. It is aged for 10 months in French barrels, where it acquires notes of vanilla and caramel. N. Hussong Reposado tequila is made from the processing of piña, harvested in the best growing areas. After harvesting, the agaves are cooked both in an autoclave and in a traditional brick oven to soften the core and extract the sugars. Then begins the long fermentation process with natural yeasts and the traditional double distillation in a copper still. After 5 months of aging in white oak ex-bourbon barrels, the liquid is bottled in the traditional ceramic bottle.Alcohol content 40%
