The product - not peaty, without coloring and cold filtered - is left to mature for 3 years in barriques previously used for aging Grappa Lagrein and another 2 years in ex Sherry barrels. Made from barley malt which is left to ferment slowly with pure whiskey yeasts. Its terroir is strongly influenced by the sub-Mediterranean climate of our region, characterized by low humidity and hot and dry air. Persistent, soft on the palate, with a profile rich in aromas, characterized by good sweetness. Gradation 43%
