Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture in Japan on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Orange draws its fresh, fruity and light aromas. Gradation 43%

Etsu Yuzu Gin is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain spring added, which gives this gin its fresh flavor with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, which give this gin a unique and light finish. Distilled in Hokkaido, the most northerly of the four main islands of the archipelago of the Rising Sun, it is produced according to a secret recipe that involves the use of numerous oriental botanical herbs such as berries, peppers, teas and fresh citrus fruits from the Japanese islands. But the real element characterizing this distillate is the presence of yuzu, citrus born in China, but then intensively cultivated in Japan, which with its intense aroma makes it a particularly floral gin.Gradation 43%
