The passion for gin and eco-sustainability pushed two young sommeliers, Ilaria Lorini and Stefano Clemente, to dedicate their heart and soul to this new challenge. The desire to create a very high quality product that winks at the protection of our planet, helping bees in particular. These small insects, increasingly endangered with climate change, are essential to global food needs. The excessive amount of waste produced has led us to search for a container that is both practical and sustainable. Our choice of packaging fell on stainless steel which is infinitely recyclable, can be reused as a water bottle for use in everyday life, and beyond. J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. To celebrate the wonders we are surrounded by, J.Rose dresses with designs by Milo Manara, seductive and at times provocative icons, to enchant gin lovers and delight unique moments to live. During his travels, The Curios Mind arrived in the Sardinian city of Siniscola. Where the inhabitants introduced him to the "Sa pompia" or Citrus monstruosa. The result of this curious discovery is a new expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with the subtle hints of Sardinian citrus. A great find for all Gin lovers. Gradation 43%

A typically medium-bodied, yet still floral and delicately fruity Speysider, enhanced by a short finish of 14 months in first-fill casks from a traditional Spanish winery, which had been used to mature Oloroso sherry for 60 years. It is a lively whiskey, full of citrus and fruity notes on the nose: the sherry does not immediately translate into a vinous character, but amplifies oranges, apples and pears to the maximum. The citrus and slightly tart touch is accompanied on the palate by a generous helping of sultanas and chestnut honey, achieving a great balance between dryness and a sweeter and creamier side.
