Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Limited Edition is born from this landscape: a Japanese gin reduced to 45% ABV with Pacific water, conceived as a moment of purity and balance. Following the floral elegance of Etsu Sakura (and its geisha, symbol of grace and omotenashi), this edition explores the mineral dimension of maritime Japan: another facet of the same harmony. At the base of each bottle rests a blown-glass koi carp, suspended in a deep ocean blue. It is not an ornament, but a talisman: it speaks of perseverance, balance, and beauty in motion. It recalls the patience of the sea and the precision of the craftsman, two discreet forces that have shaped Etsu from the beginning.

Description

Hokkaido offers distinct seasons, a crisp climate, and a natural setting that encourages restraint.
