KI NO BI GO Kyoto Dry Gin is a limited bottling to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the acclaimed KI NO BI. Made with a rice spirit, complemented by the addition of regional botanicals including yuzu, ginger and Uji gyokuro tea. KI NO BI GO is handcrafted in the Kyoto distillery and is inspired by the history, culture and people of this ancient city.Alcohol content 50%

KI NO BI SEI is produced according to the same production method as the original KI NO BI, using 11 botanicals distilled into six distinct flavor categories, known as the 6 Elements. The final blend was recalibrated by the distillation team to bring out the best of each botanical at the highest proof. KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō berries (peppercorn Japanese). Gradation 45,7%

This Gin is made up of 12 botanicals, including Hamagou, a flower that grows only on the shores of the Japanese sea and which gives it an elegant floral aroma. Produced with a copper alembic, using a hybrid distillation technique between the steam and steeping method. Gradation 47%

Yuzu is a citrus fruit grown and loved in Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbaceous notes, a slight bitterness and a less sharp sour taste. Gin Yuzu is born from a base of locally grown barley which is distilled in a traditional shōchū spirit. Shōchū is then redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus fruits and botanicals, respecting the 1500-year tradition of yuzu cultivation and harvesting in Japan. The flavor of yuzu is sour and fragrant, reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, with hints of mandarin. Gradation 40%

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made from a barley crop that is first distilled into a traditional Japanese shōchū distillate. This shōchū spirit is redistilled in a traditional still with juniper, mandarin and spices before infusing the delicate taste of sakura blossom and yuzu and the fragrant and citrusy taste. The result is a masterfully distilled traditional Japanese Gin. Gradation 40%

Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture in Japan on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Orange draws its fresh, fruity and light aromas. Gradation 43%

Etsu Yuzu Gin is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha.
