Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made from a barley crop that is first distilled into a traditional Japanese shōchū distillate. This shōchū spirit is redistilled in a traditional still with juniper, mandarin and spices before infusing the delicate taste of sakura blossom and yuzu and the fragrant and citrusy taste. The result is a masterfully distilled traditional Japanese Gin. Gradation 40%

On the palate as on the nose, it is a complex gin but also soft and elegant , in which the juniper notes are clearly recognizable, but are balanced by those of all the other botanicals. Sông Cái is distilled in small batches with care, in copper pot stills over direct heat, resulting in captivating flavours. From the scent of citrus peel, fresh pine and hints of spices. On the palate a touch of bitterness and sweetness followed by berries and hot pepper with a long finish of spices and delicate dried fruit. Gradation 45%
