Founded in 2020, Cape Saint Blaize is located in the heart of Mossel Bay. This artisanal distillery pays homage to this unique place we call home and captures the true spirit of Eden through a rare selection of botanicals and expert distillation. Drawing inspiration from the southern coast of Africa and embracing the natural relationship between man and plants, the botanicals used in their gin are hand-harvested across a diverse landscape that encompasses rugged coastlines, majestic mountain plateaus, dense ancient forests, and remote semi-arid deserts.

Description

A bold, limited-edition, high-alcohol (Navy Strength) gin that captures the spirit of the Atlantic. Notes of pecan, sun-dried coconut, pine, and orange blend with warming ginger and chili pepper. Complemented with sea salt and citrus leaves, it's rich, aromatic, and perfect for slow sipping or as an exceptional gin and tonic.

The distillation takes place in a small copper still equipped with a gin basket, which allows for optimal extraction of the aromas.
