RUM / RON It 'a delicious Rum with an essence and a flavor that so much reminiscent of the wonderful island of Cuba. The particular processing begins with the concentrate of sugar cane juice, which makes it a distillate of pure "sweetness". It is produced by selecting aged 7-year-old rum in oak barrels, to which macerated raisin is added. With aromas of raisins, wood and brandy, sweet on the palate, its taste is very pleasant, it has in fact a sweet and deep touch of sweetness that makes it completely original. Dolce Vita “Capri fusion” Mediterranean Dry Gin, is distilled in column alembic with double basket. One basket contains the various botanicals and the other the various fresh citrus fruits. We wanted to blend the typical aromas of aromatic plants (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme) with the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits (such as sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot, migawe, lime) of southern Italy. We thus obtained a unique and unmistakable gin thanks also to the refinement, for a period of not less than 6 months, in ceramic barrels. Gradation 45%
