A more traditional expression of distillation according to the Da Ponte Method, the Vecchia Grappa di prosecco is born from the selection of the best Glera pomace which gives life to the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. with a golden yellow color given by aging in oak barrels from the Limousin region of France, it is clear in its essence and offers a true olfactory experience which from the initial balsamic notes evolves into floral hints, sultanas and apricot, exalting itself in veiled hints of honey.
