Procera Gin was founded with the dream of bringing the best of Africa to the world. Gin is proudly distilled in Nairobi, Kenya at 1638 meters above sea level. It is the first gin in the world to use Juniperus Procera, which is harvested just 70 kilometers from the distillery. More than any ingredient, the juniper of a gin defines its backbone of character and reveals the terroir of its origins, the berries are harvested at the end of short rains with the local community living near the Kijabe plateau forest at 2200 meters. These sun-drenched, high-altitude, equatorial junipers are what create Procera's signature nutty, earthy flavors. Gradation 44%

Sông Cái traveled through lush deltas, gathering ingredients to combine with botanicals from the highlands. Paired with five distinct flowers, the result is a truly unique floral gin. Sông Cái is distilled in small batches, with care, in copper pot stills over direct heat, resulting in captivating flavours. With the scent of fresh pine, black cherry and citrus flowers. Bijito is a 100% rice wine sake, without added alcohol, produced in Japan. With the fermentation of rice, water and koji (a natural enzyme that allows the transformation of starch into fermentable sugars), this Junmai sake was produced starting from the variety of Koshi Hikari rice whose grains have been smoothed up to 70%, it is distinguished by aromas of apple, pear and citrus peel. River Mentana, Venetian dry gin, is a distilled gin that was born in Veneto, on the historical routes of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. The research starts from the recipe of a gin made exclusively from juniper that Domenico Maschio produced in the 1940s, a fabulous mix of wild junipers that grow around 400 meters above sea level, on the "Rive" of the left Piave, and the high altitude junipers of the “Gran Bosco da Reme di Venezia”, where we took care of the installation of a new juniper tree at 1,500 meters. Kapriol Dry Gin presents itself to the nose with fresh and balsamic aromas reminiscent of mountain woods: juniper and mint with a balsamic note of mountain pine and laurel. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by soft bitter flavors of hops. Kapriol Dry gin is sugar-free and has a dry, aromatic taste on the palate. The absence of citrus fruits inside means that Kapriol Dry Gin lends itself easily to mixing. Our advice is therefore to combine this gin with sour elements such as lime and grapefruit according to your tastes, because it goes very well with all of them, obtaining a dry but not too much gin and tonic, just bitter, but very fresh and extremely thirst-quenching.
