Bitter Rouge was produced by the historic Baracco winery and liqueur factory on Via Nizza in Turin from the early 1900s until the early 1960s. Wine production was subsequently moved, and continues to this day, to the company's historic headquarters in Castellinaldo d'Alba. Liqueur production was subsequently moved to the green and pristine Valchiusella, a region with a distinct focus on wellness and ecology. Here, using infusion only, delicately and effectively treating the herbs, the traditional and historic production of Bitter Rouge continued, and it also comes in a White version! Gradation 25%
