Fusetti is a high quality, artisanal bitter produced by Dripstillery. Among the ingredients we find bitter orange, chinotto, gentian, rhubarb, cinchona and quassio. The infusions are filtered and assembled with the addition of only pure water to lower the alcohol content and a small percentage of sugar, to mitigate the bitter tendency of some herbs. A perfect combination of botanicals that makes it excellent both in classic drinks such as Americano or Negroni or in reinterpretations such as the Negroni del Marinaio with amber vermouth, coffee liqueur and mezcal or, why not, simply shaken neat.
