Made on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, using above-standard peat. Smoked and peated, salty and slightly citrusy. The refinement of the distillate takes place in partly toasted American oak barrels, which give varied spicy notes. It has an intense, savory and smoky flavour. The taste is soft, with notes of dried fruit, honey, apple, spices and smoke. The finish is very long, savory and persistent. Alcohol content 45.8%
