RUM / RON Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is the result of a very original process. Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety).
