Adamus is a premium organic gin handcrafted in Portugal. To create it, we searched for the best and rarest botanical extracts from our country and tested 86 types. Of these, we have chosen the best 18. This is the only gin in which one of the extracts is the famous variety of wine grapes from Bairrada, a small region of our country, which gives it a delicate and fruity flavour. Alcohol content 44.4%

This gin comes from selected botanicals including the precious red dulse algae and dog rose, infused with lime and the inevitable juniper. For its production, pure spring water is used for a Gin with high quality standards. Hand bottled after triple distillation. Distilled as vigorous as the strength of the tree roots intertwined with the mother earth, it has a soul as strong as the bond with Angola. Pure and clear to the eye, it reserves an inebriating bouquet with clear accords of summer fruit (apricot, pear, apple, melon and ripe grapes). Soft and persuasive at first taste, it opens up to a sweet hint of floral notes that enhance the kindness and particularities given by the grapes of the prized Malvasia and Chardonnay vines. Thanks to the distillation with a discontinuous bain-marie still carried out exclusively with the Da Ponte Method, the aromatic essences are particularly clean and well-defined. Splendid if tasted pure, it also excels in fruit salads and fruit-based cocktails. Alcohol content 38%

The Prosecco Unica grappa, aged 10 years, comes from the Prosecco Superiore DOCG grapes. Golden yellow in color with amber hues, it offers an iridescent bouquet with references to fortified wines and floral hints that are enriched with accords of seasoned wood and well-toasted almonds. The taste is velvety and dry, enveloping, with a hint of honey and vanilla notes. Distilled according to the dictates of the exclusive Da Ponte Method, Unica has a refined and engaging soul, a sincere distillate of knowledge and passion. A more traditional expression of distillation according to the Da Ponte Method, the Vecchia Grappa di prosecco is born from the selection of the best Glera pomace which gives life to the Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. with a golden yellow color given by aging in oak barrels from the Limousin region of France, it is clear in its essence and offers a true olfactory experience which from the initial balsamic notes evolves into floral hints, sultanas and apricot, exalting itself in veiled hints of honey. Sweet and soft at first taste, it grows demanding and important, leaving a fruity aftertaste with slight hints of vanilla. Alcohol content 42%

A Blended Whiskey of different single malt whiskeys all from Akashi. Of rare elegance that recalls ancient oriental traditions. Tokinoka in Japanese literally means "the scent of time". Amber in colour, with fruity aromas, light and buttery with notes of dried fruit. Alcohol content 40%

It's a reposado tequila with a difference, it's aged in bourbon barrels, so you get those wonderfully round notes of vanilla and honey. Enjoy it as you would any tequila (perhaps straight), but it also mixes very well in cocktails. Alcohol content 40%

RUM / RON rich and deep, on intense notes of raisins, dark cherry and pomegranate molasses with orange peel and coffee. On the rounded palate, it follows the nose with woodier notes, dried fruit, blackberry, toasted nuts and spices, on gingerbread and cocoa. Alcohol content 48,1%

Rich, woody and spicy RUM / RON with cloves, cinnamon and pepper, smoked molasses with roasted chestnuts, berries and thyme honey. Round and fruity on the palate of orange, peach and plum with maple syrup and leather. Alcohol content 53,7%

RUM / RON Papalin 6 YO Haiti ex-Sherry casks is a blend of 3 pot still rums from Haiti for a total of 7 ex-Sherry casks, all entirely aged in a tropical climate. Alcohol content 54.1%

RUM / RON From the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, in the heart of the capital of Haiti, comes the first Providence aged. The Cristalline sugar cane used for Providence rums comes from Michel Sajous, in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, 150 kilometers to the north. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, allowing the development of an aromatic complexity. The liquid obtained after fermentation is distilled in a bain-marie in a discontinuous copper still, built by Müller in collaboration with Vittorio Capovilla. This Providence includes the first aged barrels, numbers 3 to 27, all ex-Caroni. Alcohol content 52%

RUM / RON An old rum from a legendary and now closed distillery in Trinidad, only slightly tamed by a 70 month finish in ex-whisky casks matured in sherry. The tannic intensity is enriched by a further level of richness, but remains extreme. On the nose we find powerful esters, bergamot, cola, but also the aromatic notes of anise and liquorice, and obviously the inevitable dark and deeply woody character. The influence of the finish is more evident on the palate: it starts succulent, rich, almost velvety, with a character of sultanas and orange marmalade. It begins to grow relentlessly towards the typical notes of liquorice root and gentian, black coffee and cloves, and towards a very warm and tannic finish. Enormously complex and with a long evolution in the glass. Gradation 59%
