A cool breeze blows across the green. Gin Piz19 - London Dry Gin is distilled in a small copper still, where the botanicals - such as juniper, coriander and berries - contained in the macerate, come back in a direct and delicate way. In the suspended basket, the distillate meets grapefruit, which gives it a robust and warm aspect, followed by eucalyptus and mint. At the first sip, a mentholated aroma is perceived, while lemongrass and ginger give a spicy note, which persists for a long time alongside coriander and anise. Gradation 43%

Psenner Gold Marille, brandy with a fruity fragrance, is obtained from the maceration of fine hand-selected apricots. The complex aging in French oak and mulberry barriques gives the typical golden appearance and harmoniously rounded taste, with a touch of pleasant sweetness. Precious single-variety grappa obtained by distillation with the batch method in bain-marie stills using exclusively pomace of the black Lagrein grape from the vineyards of Alto Adige, pomace that is carefully controlled and selected. The product - not peaty, without coloring and cold filtered - is left to mature for 3 years in barriques previously used for aging Grappa Lagrein and another 2 years in ex Sherry barrels. Made from barley malt which is left to ferment slowly with pure whiskey yeasts. Its terroir is strongly influenced by the sub-Mediterranean climate of our region, characterized by low humidity and hot and dry air. Persistent, soft on the palate, with a profile rich in aromas, characterized by good sweetness. Gradation 43%

Pear distillate obtained by fermentation of Williams Christ pears and the subsequent distillation of the puree with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. A careful selection of the fruit and careful control of ripeness precede the actual processing. Gradation 40%
