This gin is produced in Jundiaì, a Brazilian city in the state of Sao Paulo, 60 km away from the city of the same name. Gin McQueen and The Violet Fog is produced in small batches using the two traditional methods of gin production. The first operation consists in macerating 15 of the highest quality herbs and spices in a traditional alembic still and then distilling everything. The second step is to put 6 additional "botanicals" in an infusion into the previously obtained gin, some of which are not used in any other gin in the world: basil, rosemary, fennel seeds, pomelo, star anise and acai, to then proceed to distillation. Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic is a woody and fruity gin with a dark color, obtained from different local botanicals such as citrus fruits, sea asparagus, rooibos, fig, plum and goji berries. On the nose it releases sweetish hints of fig and plum. The palate is soft and fruity, with notes of cherry, cassis, citrus and earthy spices. It ends in a dry and elegant finish. Excellent when tasted straight, try it also with an Indian tonic and orange peel.Alcohol content 43% Important information: Please note that the product is packaged in a handcrafted ceramic bottle. These bottles are not hermetically sealed, so there is a risk of a small leak during transport. However, this does not affect the quality of the product and cannot be accepted as a reason for complaint.

As regards the level of GIN inside the bottle, it is a choice of the Company linked to tradition. The vintage style bottle, from the beginning was hand made in the Czech Republic and, although dimensionally disproportionate to the content, has been left unchanged.

These are hand-picked and selected, from 8 countries, from 4 continents, the cardamom and the citrusy touches of orange and lemon stand out. The production process follows the traditional London Dry technique, maceration takes place in extra neutral alcohol distilled five times, and the water used comes from the protected area of El Cajas, in the Ecuadorian Andes. The product is bottled, labeled, sealed and manually numbered. Gradation 45%
