GIN SANTA ANA CL.70
From the producers of Don Papa Rum Gin Santa Ana represents a tribute to the inimitable days of the Manila dance floors in the 1920s, 1930s and its flagship in this sense was the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret. Immersed in the splendor of the Filipino Art Deco movement, it was considered a hot spot for the Manileños of the time. This gin starts from the classic bases: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Root and Iris Root and the fragrant qualities of Ylang-Ylang, Alpinia and Fennel are added alongside the sweet notes of citrus fruits, in particular of Calamansi and Dalandan.

Description
Santa Ana Gin is the result of a partially vacuum distillation, a technique mastered in the Charente region of France. This technique allows you to extract a concentration of botanical aromas without the heat ruining it. Even the most subtle of perfumes are extracted by vacuum distillation, it strengthens and becomes more complex towards the end of the distillation. The result of the process is an aromatic and delicious gin thanks also to the use of the most delicate plant essences, such as Ylang-Ylang or Calamansi.
Botanicals:
Ylang-Ylang: The flowers of the Ylang-Ylang tree are known to be one of the ingredients of Chanel No. 5 perfume. Distilling its flowers releases a unique fragrance.
