All Caprisius Botanicals are distilled separately and are finally intoxicated by the sea breeze that makes this gin one of a kind. Staying true to its Italian roots, Caprisius Gin is an artisanal product made with passion and love. The distillation takes place in small batches using only the best botanicals. Gradation 43%

Etsu Yuzu Gin is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain spring added, which gives this gin its fresh flavor with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, which give this gin a unique and light finish. Gin Gold is produced in a small distillery situated on the border between France, Germany and Switzerland, in a small town in the Alsace.After you have obtained the alcohol in a first distillation, are two of the distillations to refine the quality, and, finally, a distillation and an infusion with the different botanical give life to the Gin Gold 999.9. Alcohol content 40%

Introduced in the Japanese market in 2017 in very limited quantities, it is produced using only selected Japanese botanical products: cucumber, Japanese elderberry and Japanese pepper. The main ingredient is the Japanese Yuzu fruit. This particular citrus fruit is found only in Japan. In total, no more than 500 bottles of this exceptional gin were produced. Alcohol 47%

The deep and persistent scent of incense blends with the softness of jasmine petals and the minerality of combava leaves, creating a timeless, ethereal, sweet, authentic gin. The color is pearly and slightly veiled because it is deliberately unfiltered to keep a greater concentration of aromas and essential oils inside. Gradation 42%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Etsu Double Orange Gin is distilled at the Akita Distillery, in the Akita prefecture in Japan on the island of Honshu. Akita Prefecture is located on the coast of the Sea of Japan and extends east to the Ōu Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. It is from these mountains that Etsu Double Orange draws its fresh, fruity and light aromas. Gradation 43%
