This gin was created by some Milanese entrepreneurs and Oscar Quagliarini, the most talented barista and perfumer in Italy, Holywater Gin is a project that celebrates the deepest Italian traditions with an eye to the future that invites you to savor new taste horizons. Produced in Cortemilia in the Valverde distillery in the province of Cuneo, Holywater is a Dry Gin obtained with various botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, licorice, iris, pine extract from Lourdes and a small percentage of distilled sea water that gives flavor and an unexpected hint of incense. The gin is then bottled in an elegant bottle in the shape of a Madonna, a symbol of purity and refinement. On the nose it is savory, balsamic and slightly floral. On the palate it is soft, balanced and savory.Alcohol content 42.5%

This flavour-packed edition of the June collection is infused with watermelon to create a juicy, refreshing and subtly sweet gin. It is obtained from alcohol from Ugni Blanc grapes in which various botanicals are infused, among which watermelon stands out. On the nose it offers the classic notes of juniper, accompanied by the fresh and fruity notes of watermelon. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with notes of hibiscus, watermelon and spices. It ends in a fresh, savory and persistent finish.Alcohol content 37.5%

Dr. Mason is a product inspired by the pharmaceutical world. It has a rounded and soft aroma, given by a selection of botanicals with a floral, sweet imprint, and a hint of citrus in the background. The long and salty finish given by the salicornia takes us back to the landscapes of the Venice lagoon, where Dr. Mason was conceived.Gradation 41%
