Most of the grape brandy was created in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery for the pressing of freshly harvested and high quality grapes. The grapes with their fragrant pulp and their sugar content are transformed into fermented grape juice, distilled according to the "Tosolini Method" with traditional steam-heated stills from Charante. The distillate matured for several months in small cherry barriques in the distillery cellars. With its unmistakable iconic bottle, this unique distillate bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini Master Distiller in Udine.Gradation 40%

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made from a barley crop that is first distilled into a traditional Japanese shōchū distillate. This shōchū spirit is redistilled in a traditional still with juniper, mandarin and spices before infusing the delicate taste of sakura blossom and yuzu and the fragrant and citrusy taste. The result is a masterfully distilled traditional Japanese Gin. Gradation 40%

The first alcoholic nectar, IOVEM differs from a liqueur in that it does not contain sugar, it is sweetened with honey and grape must. The purple color comes from one of the anthocyanins (natural pigments) extracted from the grape skin. All IOVEM ingredients, such as ginger infusion, are obtained from quality raw materials and are processed following a "HAND CRAFT" process (handmade) in our distillery. Using it as a protagonist, low alcohol cocktails are obtained, but it can also be combined with high-grade spirits. Miscible with everything. Gradation 15%
