Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%. In this way, the ethereal charge and the full taste of this distillate are kept intact, especially excellent with tonic, classic or more aromatic water. Gradation 43%

A delicate balance is achieved by the skilful blending of soft grain whiskey and lightly peaty malts. With impressive floral aromas, this expression offers an extremely silky mouthfeel and fruity flavors that rise and expand, leaving a delicious aftertaste. Gradation 40%

This gin is produced in London, using a combination of botanical products such as juniper, linden flowers, lemon balm, cloves, licorice, chamomile and grapefruit. With a floral scent of citrus flowers and aromatic chamomile, with hints of cloves and orange. On the palate the notes of juniper are fresh and floral once again, with a touch of lemon, anise and cloves.Alcohol 50.2%
