RUM / RON Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is the result of a very original process. Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety). This last phase allows it to acquire fruity notes, a beautiful rosé color and extreme roundness. Gradation 40%

Sailor Jerry is the rum inspired by the famous tattoo artist Norman Collins. It has long since become the cult product of all international underground subcultures. Produced with selected barrels in the Caribbean with the addition of four spices: cinnamon, cloves, vanilla and ginger and final lime infusion, according to the secret recipe of Norman Collins, who used to flavor his rum blend with a mix of herbs and spices.
