Description
We put in an infusion of the plant in grain alcohol for a full day prior to distillation to allow the oils and essences to blend with the alcohol. Ensure attention that there is a consistent balance of juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peel which is vital in creating this traditional style. Orris root, cinnamon, cassia bark and nutmeg give it dry, and add to the depth of flavor.
