J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Distilled in two 100-liter copper stills dating back to the Second World War and 12 "botanical" stills, of which the main ones are: juniper, cumin, bay leaf, hops, caraway and coriander, it enriches and improves its perfumes and aromas over time , thanks to over two years of refinement of the recipe and the use of fresh aromatic herbs that are previously left to infuse for more than 15 days. Cumin, hops and bay leaves are distilled with the "low boiling" technique, in order to enhance the aromatic expression: an olfactory explosion that ranges from juniper to fresh mountain herbs. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by subtle bitter hints. Gradation 47%

It is a summer limited edition of the famous Amuerte gin, obtained from the use of a special botany: curuba fruit (a cross between banana and passion fruit). From the fermentation of this particular fruit, a pure distillate is extracted that perfectly matches the classic botanical characteristics of Amuerte gins. The result is a sweet, summery and tropical gin, with notes of banana and passion fruit accompanied by vegetal and balsamic tones, all contained inside hand-drawn bottles and finished with a real 24 carat gold foil. Dr. Mason is a product inspired by the pharmaceutical world. It has a rounded and soft aroma, given by a selection of botanicals with a floral, sweet imprint, and a hint of citrus in the background.
