RUM / RON It 'a delicious Rum with an essence and a flavor that so much reminiscent of the wonderful island of Cuba. The particular processing begins with the concentrate of sugar cane juice, which makes it a distillate of pure "sweetness". It is produced by selecting aged 7-year-old rum in oak barrels, to which macerated raisin is added. With aromas of raisins, wood and brandy, sweet on the palate, its taste is very pleasant, it has in fact a sweet and deep touch of sweetness that makes it completely original. It is advisable to taste it only, well chilled or with two ice cubes, or in cocktails.Gradation 34%

The LEGNI ROVERE barrique is a noble grappa aged over a year in medium-toasted oak barrels. The marcs are distilled according to the "Tosolini method", fresh from harvest to preserve the unique aromas and perfumes of the fruit. A refined combination of flavors and fragrances. From the amber color given by the wood, where the grappa takes on sweet, enveloping notes of chocolate, nuts and vanilla. An intense experience on the palate, velvety and persistent.Gradation 42%

Made on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, using above-standard peat. Smoked and peated, salty and slightly citrusy. The refinement of the distillate takes place in partly toasted American oak barrels, which give varied spicy notes. It has an intense, savory and smoky flavour. The taste is soft, with notes of dried fruit, honey, apple, spices and smoke. The finish is very long, savory and persistent. Alcohol content 45.8%

Dolce Vita “Capri fusion” Mediterranean Dry Gin, is distilled in column alembic with double basket. One basket contains the various botanicals and the other the various fresh citrus fruits. We wanted to blend the typical aromas of aromatic plants (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme) with the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits (such as sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot, migawe, lime) of southern Italy. Fusetti is a high quality, artisanal bitter produced by Dripstillery. Among the ingredients we find bitter orange, chinotto, gentian, rhubarb, cinchona and quassio. The infusions are filtered and assembled with the addition of only pure water to lower the alcohol content and a small percentage of sugar, to mitigate the bitter tendency of some herbs.
