RUM / RON CAB-RON is a premium rum produced without additives and bottled unfiltered and without CO2 emissions directly from the barrel. It combines aged rums from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala and Barbados. Each origin gives CAB-RON its unique character. The maturity and elegance of the Dominican Republic, the smooth finish of Jamaica, the sweet aromas of Guatemala and the golden amber tones with toasted and bourbon notes of Barbados create a heterogeneous blend. CAB-Ron reaches its peak in the Bodegas-Catedrales de Jerez, where it matures in ex-Oleoroso, ex-Bourbon and ex-Pedro Ximenez barrels. RUM / RON Centenario 1985 Cask Selection was produced to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the brand. The exclusive blend of rums was aged in casks imported from Scotland, specifically from the Highlands region, and then matured in Costa Rica. The character of the Scottish Highland casks brings with it notes of fresh and ripe berries such as cherries and strawberries, notes of red apple, oak, smoke and wood. RUM / RON Canerock Spiced Rum comes from the Clarendon Distillery and the Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica. The base is Jamaican rums, which have been flavored with an infusion of vanilla pods, coconut meat, ginger and other delicate spices. The distillation was carried out in the column and pot still process. The rums used are matured for up to 3 years, a small percentage even 5 to 10 years in American oak barrels. 10 to 15% of the Canerock Spiced Rum has received a finish in PX Sherry casks.Alcohol content 40%

RUM / RON Goslings Family Reserve is produced with the same incomparable blend of Black Seal Rum aged for 16 years in oak barrels, from the first to the last drop, without using the solera method. The result is the acquisition of precious and complex properties comparable to those of the rarest Scotch and Cognac. In a limited edition, the Family Reserve bottles are numbered by hand and are presented in their unmistakable champagne bottle: legend has it that the Gosling family began bottling in this way in the early 1900s, recovering the bottles of Champagne from the British Officers' Mess in room in Bermuda, and sealing them with shellac, hence "Black Seal".
