The name comes from the Tagalog word meaning "waves," and Alon captures the essence of adventure with its infusion of coconut, jackfruit, and green chili.
Made with 100% sugarcane molasses sourced from Negros Island, Don Papa Alon is distilled in the unique volcanic climate surrounding the slopes of Mount Kanlaon.
Don Papa Alon embodies the essence of Filipino coastal life. This limited edition, created as an ode to the free and adventurous travels of Papa Isio, recognized as a symbol of resistance and freedom in the Philippines.
This bold and rich expression embodies the free spirit of Negros Island, with strong aromas of tropical fruit, green mango, and papaya, complemented by hints of vanilla, sugar, and citrus.
On the palate, it is elegant and easy to drink, with fruity aromas of peach, pear, sugar cane, and a hint of almond.
The finish is refreshing and persistent.
