Description

The Don Papa distillery is located on the island of Negros and in about ten years, it has been able to establish itself as one of the most interesting novelties on the world rum scene. The rum is based on a quality of sugar cane that is among the best in the world, grown in the ideal climate and on soils rich in minerals. The sugar cane is cut and handcrafted, in order to extract a dense and fragrant molasses, then proceed to the distillation phase, carried out in traditional copper stills. The Rum ages for a long time in American oak barrels, previously used for the aging of Bourbon.
