J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. The deltas are central to the agricultural life and culture of Việt Nam. This riverside landscape lives according to the rhythm of floods and droughts, of sowing and harvesting. Sông Cái traveled through lush deltas, gathering ingredients to combine with botanicals from the highlands. Paired with five distinct flowers, the result is a truly unique floral gin. Sông Cái is distilled in small batches, with care, in copper pot stills over direct heat, resulting in captivating flavours. With the scent of fresh pine, black cherry and citrus flowers. On the palate a touch of ripe berries, green pepper, ylang ylang and bee pollen, with a finish of spices, citrus and floral notes. Gradation 45%

Apium Grapefruit Gin is the result of a masterful balance of select botanicals, featuring juniper, grapefruit, and aromatic herbs. The result is a lively and fragrant spirit, ideal for a wide range of cocktails, from iconic gin and tonics to vermouth blends and more elaborate creations. On the nose, it releases fresh and vibrant citrus notes, with a clear predominance of grapefruit intertwined with a subtle, aromatic hint of juniper and herbs. On the palate, an immediate burst of citrus is perceived, followed by a harmonious balance with delicate herbal notes, culminating in a dry and pleasantly refreshing finish.Alcohol content 40%

Hoppy Gin is a product born from the distillation of Pale Ale in Indian style with the infusion of American hops. This Gin is the result of the partnership between two brands implemented in the same region of Vila Verde, a craft beer (LETRA) and the PIN VALLEY brand. Gradation 40%

To capture the freshness of nature, we invented our incredibly cold distillation process. The result is a flavor that you cannot replicate in traditional heated stills. It allows us to use fresh frozen citrus peel instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of our individually numbered bottles is a bright and distinct gin. Gradation 47%
