Die Gerstensorten Optic und Oxbridge wurden 2009 auf der ganzen Insel angebaut. Wir haben Anfang 2010 ihren Spirit destilliert und uns als sauber, reich und malzig herausgestellt, bevor wir sie in gereiften französischen Bourbon und Fässern abgefüllt haben in unseren Lagern von Loch Indaal.Alkohol 50%
