Pure and clear to the eye, it reserves an inebriating bouquet with clear accords of summer fruit (apricot, pear, apple, melon and ripe grapes). Soft and persuasive at first taste, it opens up to a sweet hint of floral notes that enhance the kindness and particularities given by the grapes of the prized Malvasia and Chardonnay vines. Thanks to the distillation with a discontinuous bain-marie still carried out exclusively with the Da Ponte Method, the aromatic essences are particularly clean and well-defined.
