Description

El Dorado 21 years is a blend of rum traditional distilled in traditional pot stills and review: Diamond, Enmore, Versailles and Albion.

Smell: Hits from the beginning for an adorable hint of chestnut honey and a presence of cane sugar is noticeable. Evolves with tropical fruit and lots of spices. Adorably pleasant! The wood blends with a substrate of caramel as you proceed to sniff it!
Taste: Rich and concentrated, very full-bodied. Great structure! Snug and warm! Begins with an aroma woody, typical for a rum aged this long. Return the caramel, but in the background of a lot of spices, among which I can distinguish distinctly cinnamon and nutmeg! You can see a massive presence of ripe fruit accompanied by fruit, toasted nuts, mainly. There is also a note of coffee and chocolate, really delicious! Extremely complex and seductive.
Final: very Long, practically infinite. Return the chocolate, on a subtle note of coffee and many, many spices!
