Description
Obtained from the distillation in Bain-marie in a discontinuous still of the fine pomace typical of the Amarone (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). It is left to mature for a period of at least 36 months in small Oak barrels of 500 liters, during which the Master Distiller, is following with attention the evolution of the blend, checking for scents and aromas, up to the obtainment of a unique equilibrium.
