A traditional recipe perfect for the end of the meal, light and aromatic. The infusion of the Chamomile plant, originating from the uncultivated meadows of our mountains of trentino, through a cold maceration of about 30 days in Grappa, you get a liqueur that combines the properties of the Grappa and the aromatic Camomile. Alcohol content 35%

Pure and clear to the eye, it reserves an inebriating bouquet with clear accords of summer fruit (apricot, pear, apple, melon and ripe grapes). Soft and persuasive at first taste, it opens up to a sweet hint of floral notes that enhance the kindness and particularities given by the grapes of the prized Malvasia and Chardonnay vines. Thanks to the distillation with a discontinuous bain-marie still carried out exclusively with the Da Ponte Method, the aromatic essences are particularly clean and well-defined. Splendid if tasted pure, it also excels in fruit salads and fruit-based cocktails. Alcohol content 38%

A long aging in successive barrels of different capacities, from the small barrique to the mother cask to obtain a reserve of great value, a cuvée of Friulian vines: Cabernet, Merlot, Friulano and Moscato.Alcohol 42%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Wint & Lila gin is a London Dry. In the creation process, which includes 5 distillations of alcohol of cereal origin, 10 botanicals are used: juniper berries, coriander, angelica, angelica root, cinnamon, orange, lemon and lime zest, mint and orange blossom. Gradation 40%

Distilled in two 100-liter copper stills dating back to the Second World War and 12 "botanical" stills, of which the main ones are: juniper, cumin, bay leaf, hops, caraway and coriander, it enriches and improves its perfumes and aromas over time , thanks to over two years of refinement of the recipe and the use of fresh aromatic herbs that are previously left to infuse for more than 15 days. Cumin, hops and bay leaves are distilled with the "low boiling" technique, in order to enhance the aromatic expression: an olfactory explosion that ranges from juniper to fresh mountain herbs. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by subtle bitter hints. Gradation 47%
