Established in 2002, Diciotto Lune needed to be made current and this, in our opinion, will be its future. Obtained from the distillation of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay, it is refined in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia which each offer their own characteristics of perfume, aroma, color and taste. The aging time follows the rhythms of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.Alcohol 41%

It is born from a blend of red pomace and white pomace vines, and then aged 18 months in small cherry, ash, oak and locust barrels and subsequently refined in Rum barrels. With a fruity and spicy scent with a soft and balanced structure. Gradation 42%

Distilled according to the "Tosolini method" this grappa has been selected for aging in plum barriques in the family cellars. An accurate blend of different vintages on the register of sweet spice with fruity moods that turn on memories of candied apricot and yellow peach mature. Gradation 40%

Expressions of the Future comes from the distillation in a Bain-marie of the individual grape varieties of Chardonnay and Merlot, then blended with skill before aging. J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made.
