A new technique that uses one of the containers, the most ancient known to man, clay pots useful to transport and store wine, olive oil, honey and other foodstuffs.

The amphorae from the us the choices are a blend of clay, materials that come from Montelupo and Impruneta, a town of tuscany known since the middle Ages to the workmanship and the craft of pottery and terracotta. A novel technique for the spirits we wanted to experiment, obtaining good results: the micro-oxygenation, is double that which occurs with the use of the barrel, enriches the spirit, elegance and softness, and thus the characteristics of aging without the classic flavor of the wood.

The amphora is a Grappa made from a blend of grapes coming exclusively from grapes native to the trentino: 80% of the vines of Teroldego, Marzemino and Merlot, 20% grape varieties of Chardonnay, Müller Thurgau and Moscato, giving it aromas and flavors of the typical and unmistakable of this territory.
